Shipping

Majority of our items are sent from our Asian Warehouse and processed up to 3 days. Shipments can take around 21 to 32 days to arrive with some countries may take a little longer. 

Once the order has been dispatched you can track your items at 17TRACK . 

Processing Orders

Generally we process orders on the day of being purchased. Some items may need to be made to order and therefore can take an extra day or two before items are shipped. Once the order is ready to be sent we will send you a tracking number.

Multiple Item Orders

Orders with mulitple products may be shipped at different times. As stated before, we may need a couple of days to create an item. If your items are sent at different times each item will have their own tracking number and these will be emailed out to you. 

Tracking Your Item

Most countries we can provide tracking numbers and your products can be tracked at 17TRACK .

Potential Delays 

On rare occasions items may take longer than expected (eg Covid restrictions). Please bare in mind that once your order has left our warehouse it is out of our control and into the hands of the Postal company.

There can be a number of factors on a delay:

* Customs take a longer than usual to pass the order through

* Customs have returned the item

* Item lost during transit
